Find My Driving Instructor (operated by Integrix LLC, registered in Wyoming, USA) provides software tools for driving instructors and a directory that helps learners find instructors. We are a platform - we are not the instructor and we do not provide driving tuition.
Instructors are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, keeping login details secure, holding the correct ADI/PDI registration, insurance and any DBS check, and complying with DVSA requirements and the law.
Any lesson, agreement, price and cancellation policy is strictly between the instructor and the learner. We are not a party to that contract and are not liable for the tuition, its quality, cancellations, refunds or any dispute between instructor and learner.
Where online payment is offered, payment is made directly to the instructor's own payment provider (e.g. Stripe). We do not hold, process or receive learner payments and take no commission on lessons. Refunds are handled by the instructor.
Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, fake or infringing.
Do not misuse the platform, scrape data, send spam, impersonate others, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts of instructors or learners. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Instructors act as controllers of their own pupils' data and must handle it lawfully.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
